We're looking for a Team Lead who can organize crews, maintain quality standards, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys leading by example and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Shrink Wrap Technician We're Hiring a Shrink Wrap Technician – Dycks Mobile Shrink Wrap & Detailing (Okanagan, BC) Dycks Mobile Shrink Wrap provides professional asset protection services for boats, modular homes, industrial equipment, patios, and specialty projects throughout the Okanagan. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, and being part of a fast-paced team. No previous shrink wrap experience is required—we provide training.
